Please be aware your account number has changed. Your new Chief Financial member number is 10 digits in length. Use your old account number and add 67 plus the number of zeros necessary to increase the length of the number to 10 digits. For example...if your old account number was 123456 your new member number is 6700123456.

If you were a previous user of Home Banking (now E-Chief@home) or Audio Response (now Chief Info Line), use your new member number and the last four digits of your social security number when accessing these systems for the first time.
