Right at Home: How to Keep your Home and Avoid Foreclosure

WHAT'S NEW

We take your online banking security seriously. Therefore, we are introducing a new security aspect called Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to our Home Banking site.

What is MFA?
MFA Is a new security system that adds an extra level of protection to your online Home Banking account by letting you know you’re at our legitimate Home Banking Site, and letting us know it’s you accessing your account. MFA also helps guard against fraudulent online activities like Phishing scams and identity theft. All users of our online banking system will be fully enrolled by the end of the 2006 calendar year and will be using MFA every login time.

How does MFA work?
When you enroll on our Home Banking webpage you will receive a secret image and phrase known only to you. Everytime you log on to your Home Banking account, the system will display this image and phrase so you can feel confident that you are accessing our legitimate Home Banking site. Remember to never enter your password without setting your personal image and phrase.
